What We Offer
We provide first class service on the job, and the highest quality videos on the web. Our goal is to ensure each home is showcased in the best possible way, while minimizing the inconvenience to the homeowner. We use high definition cameras and professional stabilizing equipment to create videos that are both beautiful and enjoyable to watch.
Video Tours are NOT "Virtual"
Video tours are not the same thing as "virtual tours". When you watch a video, you are experiencing a 3-dimensional environment, with the added dimensions of sound and movement through time. What a difference this makes! Buyers today want to preview homes online before they commit precious time and resources to see a home in person. Give them the very best look at your home by providing a video tour. Let them see the play of light within your home and the breeze in your garden.

Property Owners
We provide affordable video tours to owners in two ways:
- Traditional Sellers
For traditional sellers, we provide the video tours as a part of the MLS listing. We also provide a DVD with each online video so that sellers with a For Sale By Owner property can show the video offline, and Realtors can show the video to prospective buyers when the internet isn't available.
- FSBOs
Video tours are a valuable, affordable tool that can help owners who are selling their own property (FSBO). Our video solution combines professional shooting, editing, and narration along with solving the problem of how to host the video in a professional way.
Once the property sells, the video DVD becomes a permanent record that you get to take with you. What a perfect way to preserve your memories!

Buyers
We know what it is like to be searching for our perfect home, only to find a few photos that make up the "tour" online.
With the price of fuel going up and up, the Internet is becoming the Buyer's best friend and video tours are the next best thing to being there--you get to walk through the house, plus you save the gasoline!
Each of our videos is hosted in a player that has links for sending the video to a friend. On our videos page, we have an example of this player, but bear in mind that since this is a showcase player of videos done for other people, the properties listed may no longer be available. Still, if you see something you like, you can contact us and Michael can let you know if the property is still for sale. He's a licensed Realtor with Prudential Jack White Vista Real Estate in Eagle River, so he can also help you find another option if it's already sold.
Real Estate Professionals
Our company assists real estate licensees by working as an extension of their marketing plan. We cooperate with the licensee to provide seamless service to the homeowner, all within the licensee's own branding. We rely on the licensee to provide information and selling points for each home, as well as notice of what must be minimized or downplayed. Each video production comes with a customized introduction of the licensee as the presenter of the property being featured.
