Welcome...
High Definition Real Estate Video Tours
We offer property sellers and their real estate licensees the tools to put full motion video tours on the internet. Our videos are not virtual tours because we walk through the home and property, so what buyers see is actually happening in real time. We provide fully narrated videos complete with music hosted on our players, which are authorized to be added to MLS listings on the Alaska MLS website.
Our video tours are also an affordable option for the property owner selling a For Sale By Owner property. A video tour gives a professional advantage over the average FSBO marketing tools, but can be cost-prohibitive when done by a video production company--who isn't in real estate.
By contrast, our videos are very affordable, with a quick turn-around time, and highly polished results.
Open House Online
Advertising a home for sale can be very costly - especially if it takes time to sell. With our video tours, you pay one price and the video can be viewed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until the home sells.
This gives buyers an "online open house" that they can visit in the comfort of their own home, and when it's convenient for them. It also ensures that the home is always presented in the best light possible. Sellers don't have to worry about constantly putting things away or disrupting their life to show their home to the most buyers possible. A buyer who requests a showing after seeing the video is demonstrating a higher level of interest and motivation, and is a much more serious prospect.
3D world of movement and sound
To see the difference between a "virtual tour" and a "video tour", it's important to understand the meaning of "virtual".
Virtual = NOT REAL
Virtual tours use a still photograph of a room that spins around in a circle. This kind of movement is unnatural and doesn't do a home justice. Our eyes simply do not take in information this way! By contrast, a "video tour" is much more like how we look at things. Videos are made in sequences - a wide shot that establishes where we are, a closer shot to focus on the specifics of the room, close-up shots to take in detail, and then another wider shot to re-establish the layout of the room. This helps a viewer orient themselves spacially and also focuses attention on the most important aspects of the room.
What this requires is a special skill in storytelling on the part of the videographer. He or she must know what to shoot wide and what requires a closer shot, so that they tell the story of the home in a meaningful and interesting way that helps a buyer visualize themselves in the home. Our videographer is an expert at this kind of filmmaking. He is also a licensed Realtor available to assist with all aspects of buying or selling real estate.
